How do I convert a player skin into a biped skin?

I am making a wilbur soot mod. I got his skin from a skin grabber and used it and got questionable results.

Try making a Steve or Alex skin in Blockbench, using the skin, converting it to a modded entity, then using that model and using t6he original skin.
