Theoretically yes , you can. But you must it code yourself. Try look on some tutorials on internet
@#1 Thank you. Its just I can't find any tutorials on making a tech mod and im not that good at java, the best language for coding minecraft mods(Not that i can't code, i can in the likes of python and lua)
@#1.1 ScratchForFun have some tutorials. But it is 1.7.2 only. (I think)

Yes, not hard for me but, you need to know the basics of programming c.
If you know the basics you can press the button in MCreator "Show coding" (something like that)
