I know how to make mods, want to make one and have all the tools and knowledge to make one, but I have literally zero mod ideas. If you can think of some can you share some with me!? Thanks!

add salt, cheese and corn. just those three alone can make a lot of features. Corn can be popped into popcorn, stripped into corn husk (actually used around the world as fuel) and eaten. milk can be churned into butter or cheese, butter can be put on popcorn, cheese can be placed like cake. salt can be used to make food better (more saturation?) and mixed with water to make saltwater. Saltwater spreads is found in oceans, and can be boiled in a cauldron to get salt again. Saltwater also makes copper age faster.
You could make a cool armor made from a new ore. You could use a custom model you made too.
If you are seeking ideas for fabric the most helpful ports you could make are:
1) MultiMine, the forge mod that saves the breaking block state for a couple second and makes it so that if you mine with a friend the required breaking time speeds up.

How about Otherworld mod?
In the overworld, you make a late-game expensive machine that will transport you to another dimension that is like the overworld but has different animals, people, monsters, etc.
When transported, you cannot return home immediately, you have to make an even more expensive late-game machine to transport you back.
Add a custom crafting table that can aply new metals to make stronger items to make weapons such as an iron bow or something like that. I'm implementing this feature on my first mod and I think it is a very cool idea.
Asking Chatgpt might help. However, if you are looking for a challenge, you could make a mod based on a series you've watched, maybe Stranger Things? or an anime?
