Farming Economy - new villager profession or new trader mob that gives rewards based on how rare the crops you give him.

What's irrigation?
Canals that supply the fields with water.
How about special food dishes made of many food items combined, that give you special effects. As an example, maybe a chorus fruit salad made with a bowl, a chorus fruit, an apple, some sweetberries, and some glowberries, it could give you an effect that makes you teleport away from projectiles like an enderman does.
