Topic category: Troubleshooting, bugs, and solutions
Hi everyone. Here's my problem: Gradle Caches keep getting corrupted, over and over. I know that are plenty of topic about this problem and the main culprit is some antivirus.
i had this problem before, like one month ago or less and everything I did to solve it was to deleting the .gradle folder and deactivating temporary mi antivirus. It worked, so everything ok.
Then, today, I reopened MCreator after like a week or two only to find that the gradle caches got corrupted again. Then I deactivated the antivirus, deleted the folder and reopen MCreator and my workspace. This time it didn't worked. I tryed it a cople of time and the result were always the same. So I got really pissed and decied to do a Clean Boot directly.
After it I opened my antivirus just to check if it was still deactivated and tryed to run grandle in my workspace. It failed. I was REALLY pissed. I opened the task manager and terminated EVERYTHING that wasn't indispensable for my pc to run, tryed again and got the same result.
I did everything I could and my conclusion is that is not a third part program that mess with gradle. So, or is Windows itself or, I really don't know.
Here everything you need. If you need something else, just ask it.

Okay, I didn't anything differend but now the console say something else. (But the problem is still not fixed)
Here it is:
This usually happens if antivirus blocks MCreator. Try adding exception, clearing caches and try again.
