I can't find the "shoot ranged item" block

I can't find the "shoot ranged item" block that should be in "entity management" I've seen a tutorial in which it appeared but I haven't seen the block 

I'm trying to make pressing a key fire a specific projectile, I have made the projectile but I have no way to call it. If I use projectile procedures it doubles the projectile and does some issues. I've seen a tutorial where a block appears within the entity management wall that allowed a ranged item to be fired, but I can't find that block

where the block I'm looking for should be now is the "set score....to...on the scoreboard of..." block
