Add support to custom JAVA PATH and GRADLE PATH

MCreator needs very specific version of Java that works with all APIs and JavaFX on all platforms so this will not be supported.

If you want to change location of gradle files, you can specify MCREATOR_HOME env variable, but here be dragons, if you do that, we can't offer any official support for the software from that point on as consequences are not known and depend on your system configuration
