When I tried to create a new workspace earlier, I got hit with a strange bug. When trying to open workspaces, my mouse turns into a blue wheel for a split second, but no workspaces open. Attempting to open a workspace from my files opens the loading screen, but crashes as soon as the loading screen is finished. Also, I have 157 workspaces and only 3 of them show up.
Please specify OS, MCR version, generator type, and plugins you use

It seems one of custom UI backgrounds you have set is broken and breaks the loader. I would recommend removing custom UI background in <user home>/.mcreator/backgrounds
