More than just "death.attack"

So as some of you may know, MCreator lets you make custom death messages, but, it can only be "death.attack.whatever". So I wanted to suggest a procedure block that doesn't limit you to "death.attack". I suggest this because Minecraft has "death.fell" messages. Adding this could not only add custom falling death messages, it can also open a whole new area of custom death messages. So yeah, thats all I had to say.
