So I have structures, and spawn them with structures in mcreator. But they keep spawning on top of water, like an island, and I want them to spawn just on top ground/surface. How can I make it?
select "first motion blocking block" in structure settings. Surface definition type.
I cant find this setting in structure settings. Where is it located? Maybe you can send screenshot?
I hope it loaded for you
Go to the structure, then select Type of reference ground delecion Select first motion blocking block
I hate translators, they don't understand what I want to say

I dont have such thing as first motion blocking block, only motion blocking. Is it the same thing?
If no maybe it is version problem of mcreator
select motion blocking. Because water, lava and other liquids do not stop movement, which means the structure will be created under water/lava
I'll try to update mcreator
click on the | ? | to the right of Type of reference ground detecion
If I select just motion blocking then nothing changes. Structures spawn on water the same way. And if I click | ? |, I can see what you are talking about. But firstly, I cant choose first motion blocking block, and secondly, I want structure spawn ONLY on surface, not on the top of water or in the water. Or there is no solution for that?
I think that then you need to select the blocks on which the structure can spawn. Grass, stone, earth, etc.
Maybe it will work.
also you can choose biomes for your structure so that it does not spawn in warm ocean, cold ocean.
