How to inser custom Libraries/API's

So, I'm using fabric generator and when I updated my thing to the version without Terrablender it just gave me errors, i think the way to fix this is to have Terrablender again, problem is I have no idea how to insert a custom mod for my mod to depend on. I did also open an issue thing in GitHub for the error thing and its taking a while for help but that's off topic.
