Java model seems corrupted + reappears by itself

I made a java model for an armor that worked prefectly fine until it didn't anymore, out of nowhere really. The error says it "cannot find symbol", when literally earlier today I could launch the test client with no problem. So, until I found a solution for that, I decided to delete the java model that causes trouble and keep on with the mod. To my surprise, the error still happened, even without the model on Mcreator. I later found out the model is still in the "model" folder and even after deleting it, it reappears out of nowhere in the folder, causing the error. So now I am in this never-ending loop where I cannot continue on the development of my mod.
