Why is there no "Place feature" block?

I'm making a procedure for a sapling to grow when right-clicked with bone meal, the procedure is the following:

I need to place a feature instead of a structure because a tree is not a structure, it's a feature, but there is no "Place feature" block, which makes what i'm trying to do, impossible.

I would like Pylo to consider adding this block, it would be really useful, or just making a "Right-clicked with bone meal makes custom sapling grow" procedure template.
