I really hope Mcreator will continue updating Forge since it's more popular and personally I think it's a better option. maybe somebody could make it as a plugin?

Well, i believe its actually a more Complicated topic in a way. MCreator (as of what i've heard) has been looking more into making Neoforge instead of forge. The reason for this is cause forge is slowly having more Problems mostly Performance, That was why fabric was created. But fabric is a bit too hard and different from forge. Thats why Neoforge was created, which is just a better Forge.
