Custom animations for modded entity

I'm trying to create a modded/custom entity for my mod with custom animations, like afk animation and custom walk animations, but I don't know how to make it. I tried to search tutorials for this, but I only found tutorials how to create custom animations for already existing mobs in Minecraft that I don't really need. Do you know how to create custom animations for modded entity?
