how do you export to bedrock

I literally cannot find it, I'm assuming its in the top corner but it says that it is disabled because mc is open or some other thing. I researched and couldn't find anything. (trying to download to bedrock). Tried downloading it as a jar-file and a zip-file, didn't work, I'm also new to the modding world so that may be why.
