When I place my geckolib block looking up or down it does this

When I place my geckolib block looking up or down it does this
I use DUNSWE rotation from block face
One option I see is maybe rotations are set wrong in the model in BB.
Or there is a bug with the plugin.
I am not the author of this plugin so this is the most advice I can provide here
