Error during loading minecraft

Hello, when minecraft loads, happens this: Mod Name (mod_name) encounted an error while dispatching the net.neoforged.neoforge.registres.RegisterEvent event
java.lang.NullPointerException: Trying to access unbound value:
ResourceKey[minecraft:item / mod_name:item_from_mod]

I don't know, what problem is in it.

For others seeking Answers:

There seems to be a bug with 2025.2 when using custom items for eating results on mcreator which causes this error

I have a work around for now
Item Trigger: When Finish Using

If Is [event/target entity] in game mode [Survival] OR Is [event/target entity] in game mode [Adventure]
do: add [1] [custom:item] to [event/target entity] main inventory

This should work for now until the issue is fixed.
