The 1st MCreator 2025.3 snapshot is available, supporting the latest Minecraft version. It also contains many other improvements and bug fixes.

3 Minecraft versions?

As we often do when porting to a new Minecraft version, the 1st MCreator 2025.3 snapshot supports Minecraft 1.21.1, Minecraft 1.21.4, and Minecraft 1.21.8 at the same time. In the next snapshots and in the full release, we will only support two versions.

Please add a trigger block that will allow you to create holograms.

just checked and while items support custom 3d item models in hand and in inventories, the blocks do not. the only option for blocks is to choose an item texture, this should also include a item model to select for the block for inventories and in hand.

From Minecraft 1.21.1 on, NeoForge is the modding platform of the choice for the vast majority of the mods. Please check popular mod sharing platforms for stats on number of mods for each modding API for 1.21.1 and newer

does this have support for 3d item models for blockbench modded entity models or just java block models?

Yes, you can use it. Import java model and select it as item model. Similar as it is with JSON or OBJ models basically.
