You can simply uncheck the "Milk" checkbox in the Properties of the potion effect
It's not there.
there is probably a better way... (not tested)
how to add this procedure for the effect? because when I want to put it in a trigger, it says that there are not enough dependencies
they don't go in any of the triggers for the effect, they use global triggers as can be seen in the pictures
so all I have to do is create a procedure? I just did what you did in the photo, but nothing changed
