You can't directly upload images to the mcreator forums you have to upload them to a place like imgur first and then use the link

Yes, this seems ok, but also make sure that mod page content (text) follows the rules
i just added the words that says This is a example text logos made with blockbench and the hole thing was made in adobe. cuz its a example and i won't add them in the main mod if that what you mean
