I want to make it so you earn an achievement when you wear a helmet-like item! but it doesn't seem to be showing up.. am I missing something?

what triggers that procedure?
hopefully when the player puts on armor... But I can't find anything in the triggers that would say something like that

just put it in the one you currently have,
