Effect like poision but it sets you on fire and amps up each level by only 50% value [SOLVED]

I wanna make a burning effect where it burns the player if theyre in fire or not, but im honestly really new to mcreator (recently returning) and dont really know the difference between the effect procedures and how to even do the procedure lol
