Give vanilla enchants to custom weapon.

Hello! I am currently making a custom spear weapon and want to give it some vanilla enchantments. I want to give it fire aspect, mending, unbreaking, and efficiency. I know it is controlled by which tool class you give weapon. I have also heard about plugins that solve this issue. If anyone can help, please do!
