Cant position custom items into vanilla tabs

So I want to put my custom items into custom positions into vanilla creative tabs and was wondering if there was a way to do that in mcreator. For example, I want to put my custom ingot into the ingredients tab and position it NEXT to the other ingots instead of the item being at the bottom of the tab
