Call vanilla player animations in Mcreator 2025.2 (1.20.1)(preferably no plugins)

I'm making a custom crossbow for my mod and I already have the animation for drawing the crossbow (as that can be done in the item itself) but I want to have the player hold up the crossbow in third person like the normal loaded crossbow. Is there a way to do that without plugins since the ones I've looked at are incompatible with this version of mcreator and the version of mc I'm using.
