Strange problems with MCreator

Strange problems with MCreator

I've noticed huge problems with MCreator today. I have over 750 mod elements in my mod. Looks like MCreator has trouble saving changes made by the user. For example when I delete a mob or some of my custom events. I enter the game to test it and the event or mob is still there even though it's not in the workspace. Another test: I add a new item it's in the workspace but it's simply not in the game. Its just random 50/50 % sometimes is in the game and sometimes not. Neither with commands or in any tabs. Deleting folders like build, gradle, trying to regenerate gradle etc. doesn't help.
I even  added a function to remove the wither when player try to spawn him, next I started the game and it was working fine but later when I deleted that function the wither was still despawning even though that 30 sec before testing this function has been removed from the workspace. It looks Like items are gone from my workspace but game thinks they are still there... even exporting the mod don't help. Also there are a lot of other problems: "Loading Terrain" for over 3 minutes. When it does load there's a problem with loading chunks (one chunk takes half a minute to load). Sometimes I can't even enter the world because there's no terrain I'm just hanging in the air (after pressing F3 I get "Waiting for chunk"). I don't know what to do. Has anyone had anything like this? Can anyone help?
I have this problem on large workspaces with like 700-800 elements on a clean new workspace everything works fine. Now I can only try reinstalling MCreator but I don't sure if it will help. Im using 2025.2 MCreator.

Nwm. I found a solution. I copied the entire mod's workspace folder, changed its location on my computer and renamed it. After that my mod started working properly again.
