Need help making a block that open a GUI, to make custom crafting

Hi, so here's the thing : I made a block but I have no clue how to make it clickable so that it open a GUI to make custom crafting recipes, I don't even know if it's possible. I've looked on several post and video but can't figure out how to do it.

Is it even possible to make a new crafting method in Mcreator ? 

Here's my goal : A custom crafting method using 1 material + 1 material + xp, to create a new item.
