[UNSOLVED] How to make entity with flat image (Like a 2d plane)?

I want to make flat minecraft living entity, I'm using mcreator 2024.3 if that helps and no I'm not upgrading

It's for a baldi's basics horror mod so I just need one flat image to be an entity if that helps too

Make a model in blockbench, flat plane 0 width. Change the size to fit whatever image you wish it to be. Alter the shape in blockbench because whatever it looks like in there is how it will also look in game. Look up blockbench tutorials if you get stuck.

Well geckolib is supported in 2024.3 and custom animations are not in default mcreator so I would use it if you want animations on any mob/block/item. Otherwise don't as it will just add a dependency to your mod. As for whether geckolib is needed for that flat entity, then no it's not needed. Really depends on what you want to do.
