I had an idea for a possibly simple mod in Mcreator (1.20.1 generator if possible). In it the first person to type a specific text in chat would be linked to a global variable. That person would be able to press 'y' which would put him in a flying state, possibly launching him a few blocks up so he can start in air. When he doesn't hold the key he would just glide and waste a small amount of hunger but when he holds the key, he would fly with a little boost, but it would waste like 2 hunger (1 meat) every 10 seconds. (Btw i would like to have a speed limit so even if the player is gliding or flying with the boost, it would go at a speed which would be possible to control in tight spaces).I've tried but nothing worked, i don't even know what breaks it. Does anybody have a ready procedure for this?
Can't do elytra flight in mcreator without code, only creative flight.
When you say without code, do you mean that even with the custom code snippets it wouldn't work?
I don't know if you can do custom code snippets but maybe, depends on the use case. You can do it with completely custom code files.
