I need help with this. Im trying to get the sky background to rotate X, Y, and Z corodinate
But it either wont rotate or woudnt render properly. Is there a way to animate the rotation of the background as a cool render background effect?

You're setting the rotation to 0 every time, even if it worked it would still always be 0?
Otherwise try and animated texture
