Yes, it is possible to do this but, it will still play the default door open sound and the sounds will overlap each other but if you find a way to stop the sound from playing just go to "On block right clicked" in triggers, create a new procedure and get the "play sound" block and set the sound to whatever you want.
I know this post's a bit old, but a method I found to stop the default door sounds is to have a /stopsound run in your "On block right clicked" trigger.

Something like this:
Since the commands are cut off in the screenshot, here they are in order.
For opening:
/stopsound @a[distance=0..9] * minecraft:block.wooden_door.open/stopsound @a[distance=0..9] * minecraft:block.iron_door.openFor closing:
/stopsound @a[distance=0..9] * minecraft:block.wooden_door.close/stopsound @a[distance=0..9] * minecraft:block.iron_door.closeThe
distance=0..9just makes sure that everyone in a 9 block radius of your door doesn't hear the default door sounds, but you can tinker with it to suit your own needs.(As a side, the "is provided world client-side" block prevents the sound from doubling up, at least in my experience.)
