How to place a structure at a position but still have jigsaw blocks working?

I've been working on a backrooms mod and I've gotten to generation i want to know if its possible to make so it generates my structure (Test) at 0 60 0 and make so the jigsaw blocks generate like in my structure element if its not possible ill try another way to spawn the player in but if it is please say how i can do so. (This isn't a starting dimension and test isn't permanent) also I've gotten the structure to generate with jigsaw but as you would know it doesn't spawn at 0 60 0 all the time it spawns everywhere.
