Request: Forge 1.20.4, 1.21.x and Newer Forge Generator Plugin for MCreator 2026.2
Hello everyone!
I am looking for a plugin/generator for MCreator 2026.2 that supports Minecraft Forge 1.20.4, Forge 1.21.x, and newer Forge versions.
I would really like to use Forge for my mods instead of NeoForge, especially because some mods and modpacks I want to work with are still using Forge.
What I am looking for
Ideally, the plugin would support:
- MCreator 2026.2
- Minecraft Forge 1.20.4
- Minecraft Forge 1.21.x
- Newer Forge versions as they become available
- Normal MCreator mod elements such as blocks, items, entities, procedures, GUIs, recipes, etc.
- Compatibility with the current Forge modding environment
- Preferably continued updates for future Minecraft/Forge versions
I understand that maintaining a Forge generator for multiple Minecraft versions can be a lot of work. Even if a plugin only supports Forge 1.20.4 and Forge 1.21.x initially, that would still be extremely helpful.
If a plugin like this already exists, please let me know where I can find it. If someone is willing to develop one, I would really appreciate it!

There is good reasons why people stopped supporting Forge, maybe research it, stop worrying about them few forge and do the right thing for yourself, the community and Minecraft and move to NeoForge :)
And no on is supporting 1.20.4 lol
