I feel they should have a way to convert a mod for java into a bedrock add on so i can make a bedrock port of each of my mods without having to remake everything from scratch
This would be near impossible. Bedrock Addons are coding completely differently to a Java addon, it would be insanely impractical to do, let alone buggy. In this instance remaking your mod is the easier option.
