It seems that I understand a little.
Wants to create a mob that could trade something new.
But I don't think that. Maybe he want to make a mod that takes all tradable items in your inventory and trades to all nearest villagers. Ex: You have 3 emeralds and 20 books in your inventory and you are in a village, in that village there are 2 villagers. One trades 1 emeralds to 1 diamond, the other want to trades 10 books to 5 redstones. So, the mod will automatically trades 3 emeralds and 20 books in your inventory with the villagers and puts back 3 diamonds and 10 redstones in your inventory.

i have already made a block where if you hit the button and have the selected items, it consumes the needed items and gives you the result item
