I think it can't be solved, i guess you have to remake your mod.
Depends on the mod what is the problem if its one items then copy its code from the code page and remove it, so you have back up then recreate it agan and then take what ever custom code you had and put it back. The tool creats a mod with items called mods inside it what can be confusing at times.
I delete my mod and try to export it and it does not work yet
plz help me
