how to import .obj or .json

hey lately ive been using mcreator again for the frist time in year with more understanding but i have came across a problem how do u import .json or .obj the only option i have is java and thats it thank u and if u no how to fixs this pls tell me

okay i have a .json model file and im working on a block but when i click import model i can only use .java models there use to be a drop down menu now there is not so how do u do it or does it have to be java now

@#2 May I please know where you are trying to import the model because when I go to Make a New Block there is a dropdown called Custom 3D Model: with two options OBJ and JSON.
