You could use Mr.Crayfish's Model Creator... It works for me. The only thing is the rendering of the block in your inventory (as a block) and the ability to be omni directional.
The same goes for slabs.
@#1 You can also use BDCraft Cubik Lite instead.
@#1 I get the models but how to make it where u can walk up and down it?
@ProjectZero what do you mean? Are you referring to the way Stairs are structured in terms of how the player interacts with them?
