ok , here's my candidacy , but i can't guarantee that i will join even if you tell me that i can :

Qualities : i can do every type of mod element in Mcreator and i can make custom model for mobs. Not good at texturing and nothing about Coding
Creativity level : 7-8 (if i really think of what to do , even 9)
