If you make a bow dont do the recipe, then when the mod recompiles go to "Add New Mod Element" and make the recipe for the bow there, you can also make it have enchantments.
@#1 Yes, that is true, but regardless, bow enchantments just don't work on guns. I have tried it before. most notably, infinity and flame don't work, thus I think it is safe to say that neither do power or punch
