How do I add 3D models to minecraft?

If you have ever seen Aphmau, you know she uses 3D models. I was wanting to know how I could import my own 3D models into minecraft, some that actually go onto the character, and some that can just sit there as decoration. If anyone could help me with that, your a life saver! Thank you so much to whoever answers

When you make a block, the first screen will ask you to make at texture, to the right, theres a section where you can input a 3d Model. You can Make Item Models, block models, tool Models, Mob models and a few other types. The main used 3d model type for MOBS is java, so if you have Techne or MCanimator then that will work fine. If you want to make models for items or blocks then use Cubik which is provided by MCreator in the "Tools" section or Blender, also provided free trial by MCreator.

@#1 Thank you, but that isn't what I'm trying to do. If you look at some of Aphmau's roleplays, you will see the 3D models that I am trying to make. I'm trying to make both decorative 3D models, and models that go on a charater as accesories.
