My mod, Sky's Avast crashes minecraft when I try to play with it. The testing crashes too. I tried exporting it in both JAR and ZIP file types both crash my game. Please help. My mod is uploaded on here.

This is a common bug, caused by changing the recipe of an item. Try removing and adding it again.
