MCreator's Wiki is outdated and many articles are not relevant anymore. This is the main reason we are looking for contributors who are ready to spend some of their spare time on our wiki. If you are ready to volunteer and contribute to the wiki, please contact us and tell a bit about yourself and if we find you appropriate, I will make you wiki account so you can start editing and posting. Some wiki and MCreator knowledge is preferred. If you know any of your friends who would be ready to contribute, please send them link to this post. This way we can make MCreator better and easier to use together! ;)
EDIT: There is now a wiki contributor submission form. Use this form to submit for the contributor.
i can help if you guys sitll need it
but im still noob myself i can teach what i learn so far thou
This is probably way off-topic, but MCreator's fluid creation doesn't seem to be working all that well for generating one. I tried to generate my custom fluid in my custom dimension, and MCreator failed to execute the gradlew task. I know it's a bit late, but are you still accepting wiki maintainers? I'd be happy to do the job.
I will be very happy if I cannhelp you but I am Italian and I can't speak English like an English person...
I can apply, but I have school for a few more years, I am interested though. I just need to get some free time of my own. Right now I could be useful in the wiki during breaks, holidays, and especially Summer. I'll find a way...
I will volunteer. I am very busy but I will try my best to participate as much as I can in the Wiki
I would like to volunteer in updating the wiki. I've been on Mcreator for a long time (not too long) and always thought the wiki was an unreliable source of information. Even though I do not have much posted I know some things I would like to share on the wiki. I would very much appreciate if I can help on the wiki.
I have considered writing articles myself, but that is all I canreally do. I don't know how to make pages appear on the main page or anything like that.
My english is good.
If anyone is interested, you can submit for the contributor here: https://mcreator.net/page/wiki-contributors
I feel like a headless chicken at the moment. But I hope to contribute when I am more knowledgeable. Also hope that website at weebly goes smoothy.
im happy to help
I have tried maintaining the wiki before, I ended up finding making YouTube tutorials better for the program, I can offer up my services for an offical wiki page video tutorial for elements. If you want some of the recent content I have made for the program you can check out this playlist for 1.8.3 those are all ideas suggested to me by members of the MCreator community :)
