so,i added some textures to my fluid and items but in-game the textures are missing,how do i fix this?

Are the textures animated?
Does the textures are Black and Purple in game if yes than check the size of textures if they are above 64x64 than they will not gonna appear in game
The texures can only have a size of 32x32. If it's more, than your textures would be invisible or missing.
