I am really confused my mod was unpublished no comments/notes we left looked at "General Publishing Guidelines" mine did not break any rule and I did not do it so could some mod unpublished it and why. The mod is Decor Blocks Mod.

I have exactly this problem too. If you have unwanted pictures, texts or titles, then you should look again, if there is not a mistake in there.
I found the mistake and mod was took down. Not going to republish
