Export your workspace to MCR file from 1.7.9 and import it in 1.8
NOPE that is the WORKSPACE, not the minecraft saved world!

Go there: C:\Pylo\MCreator179\forge\run\saves and same for 1.8

ONE more thing, to remove the 1.79 version do I just trash it or should I run the uninstall???
It is better to run the uninstall, although deleting in manually should do the trick too. MCreator 2 will have this much better with a custom uninstaller.
