I know I have asked about the ability to delete multi elements at once but could you also put an option also that when you delete one element it does not rebuild the mod.
I know about the option to not update every-time you make a change but when you delete it always rebuilds.

It rebuilds because when deleting, there could be code changes that can cause errors, and MCreator needs to rebuild. You can open a support ticket for a feature to add preferences to disable this on own risk in preferences.
