Problem with food events

How can I create Food Events? When I go there, it only Shows me: "(no procedure)". Clicking any other option also doesn't work.

I actually wanted to give the food some powerful effects.

It's the wrong place dude, this is "food events" if you want the basic food system: eat > increases food bar
you need to create your food in this tab:
[food config]
