Techne Rotation Question | Any Help Is Appreciated!

Whenever I try to rotate an object in Techne, it squishes itself up instead of rotating, and according to other videos, there are no problems for anyone else on this, nor tutorials on fixing it, they just place the block and it just rotates like normal.
